Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s Introduce 5 New Cocktails to Menu

Ervin Machado, CSW, Certified Sommelier and Beverage Director of Elisabetta’s created the unique cocktails.

Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria, and Louie Bossi’s, owned by the Big Time Restaurant Group, have recently expanded their cocktail offerings by introducing five new drinks.

One of the options is the Arrivederci ($16), made with organic tequila, pineapple juice, Casoni 1814, Florida citrus, and simple syrup. Another new addition is the Venetian Daiquiri ($13), which contains Big Cypress Local Rum, pineapple juice, lemon/lime juice, and Cirera Aperitivo. The bar also serves the Cherry Negroni ($14), made with Atian Gin, Cirera Cherry Infused Vermouth, and Campari. Customers can also try the Cherry Spritz ($13.50), which is cherry-infused wine topped with Prosecco, or the Casoni Spritz ($13.50), which is made with Casoni 1814 Aperitivo Liquor and topped with Prosecco.

Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s restaurants boast scratch kitchens where everything is made in-house, from the pasta to the bread to the sauces, baked goods, and gelatos. Additionally, both establishments dry age their steaks in-house and cure their own salamis for a truly authentic and flavorful dining experience.

Elisabetta’s is at 185 Banyan Blvd., West Palm Beach and 32 East Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach. Louie Bossi’s Ristorante and Pizzeria is at 100 East Palmetto Park Rd., Boca Raton, and 1032 East Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.
