El Camino Plans for December Opening in Boca Raton

The new location will feature one-of-a-kind cocktails, dishes, and exclusive art.

The Modern Restaurant Group is currently preparing to launch its largest El Camino location. The new El Camino Boca Raton will open this month at the Restaurant Row in Midtown Boca Raton. The hospitality group, headquartered in Delray Beach and operating Park Tavern, Cut 432, and El Camino, is known as one of the busiest hospitality operations in South Florida. At the El Camino Fort Lauderdale and the recently opened El Camino West Palm Beach location at The Square, the eateries service an average of 50,000 to 70,000 monthly customers, with 70,000 at the height of the season. Although El Camino Delray Beach is smaller in square footage than the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach locations, it is still considered one of the country’s busiest restaurants per square footage.

In preparation for the December opening, the restaurant will hold weekly job fairs at their new location at 5377 Town Center Road, Unit #100 in Boca Raton. El Camino is looking to fill 250 positions for their new flagship location, including 20-30 passionate line cooks, sous chefs and kitchen staff who prioritize scratch-kitchen methods and dislike freezers. Additionally, they are seeking “Front of House” team members, such as bartenders and mixologists who are known for their wit and kindness, servers with excellent memory and balance, hosts who are great at multitasking and smiling, and versatile support staff who are known for their ninja-fast skills.

El Camino invites all applicants to submit their resumes online for consideration through their career section on the Careers – El Camino FLA website. The company also shares information about future hiring opportunities through its social media pages on Facebook and Instagram under the username @elcaminofla. Additionally, the public can sign up for the Grand Opening festivities by visiting the URL Elcaminofla.com.

Like all other El Camino restaurants, El Camino Boca Raton boasts exclusive urban street art and elevated design. The restaurant features the brand’s signature muralist, Ruben Ubiera, a well-known neo-figurative artist from Miami. Ubiera is famous for his strong use of the line and graffiti-inspired technique, along with his urban, mixed murals and installations. He even coined the term “Postgraffism.” El Camino’s interior designer and Modern Restaurant Group have enlisted Ruben to produce exclusive murals for all El Camino locations, which have now become the brand’s signature.
