Okeydokey, a New Food-Driven Dining and Entertainment Destination, Opens in Brickell

The three-level concept features six full-service kitchens, three bars and an outdoor terrace set within a community-oriented environment.

A new food-driven dining and entertainment destination, Okeydokey, recently opened in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The venue celebrates the city’s vibrant lifestyle, embracing the diversity and unconventionality of South Florida. With six of Miami’s top restaurant groups, world-class mixology, and a blend of DJs, live music, and other entertainment experiences, the three-story space offers food, drinks, and music for various tastes.

“We are excited to finally bring this concept to life,” Stephane Benkemoun says, co-founder and CEO of Okeydokey. “We wanted to create a culinary-driven venue that embraces and blends the best of self-service dining with that of a true full-service restaurant experience. Okeydokey is the place where good food meets good drinks and entertainment. This concept is about accepting the eclectic nature of today’s society to come as you are in a warm, welcoming and memorable environment.”

The dining destination boasts 15,000 square feet of indoor space and 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, with the capacity to seat around 308 guests. Its retro and urban interior accommodates five full-service kitchens on the first floor, one full-service kitchen on the second floor, and three bars, including a hidden outdoor patio bar that will soon open after the grand opening.

The establishment aims to provide an ideal destination for foodies to wine, dine, mingle, and discover local and international dishes. Okeydokey offers guests an authentic restaurant experience from start to finish. Upon entering, every party is greeted by a hostess who leads them to a table on either the first or second floor. Despite Okeydokey’s innovative, tech-forward approach to hospitality, which allows guests to scan a QR code and make selections from any of the restaurant concepts, guests will also be assisted by and interact with their service leader.

Okeydokey offers a range of signature cocktails made using premium liquor, fresh-pressed juices, homemade syrups and exotic garnishes. The mixologists working at Okeydokey are highly trained and knowledgeable in inventing, preparing, and serving craft cocktails and beer, wine, and sake. Some of the cocktails on their menu include the Freshly Squeezed, which is a light and refreshing drink made with Haku Vodka, St. Germain, and fresh strawberries; the Sun’s Out, Buns Out, which is an Old Fashioned made with Suntory Whisky, canton ginger, cinnamon, and orange bitters; and the Bye Fe-Lychee!, a tiki-style cocktail made with Casa Noble Reposado, sake, lychee puree, mint, and grapefruit juice.

Okeydokey’s future plans include the launch of a second phase, which will feature the opening of an exclusive third floor that is only accessible to guests who are 21 years and above. This floor will boast an extensive cocktail program and nightly entertainment, including live music, DJ performances and much more.

Okeydokey Miami is located at 268 SW 8th St. The new location is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Coffee Break on the second floor will open and begin serving breakfast at 8 a.m. daily. Guests are welcome to self-park in either one of the 40 available spots or valet for $12 during lunchtime and $18 during dinner.
